Players should create or update their BuddyPress profile, choose the correct event product, and complete checkout. Organizers can verify payment, seed brackets, and confirm participation from the order record.

How it works
- Create or log into your account.
- Complete your player profile with games, platform, equipment, province, and contact handles.
- Select the tournament entry, team registration, or university esports pass.
- Checkout through WooCommerce. Manual bank/mobile-money confirmation is enabled until live gateway credentials are connected.
- The organizer confirms your slot and posts updates on the event page.
