Expected conduct

  • Compete fairly and follow event rules, anti-cheat instructions, and admin decisions.
  • Respect opponents, officials, broadcast staff, volunteers, and venue teams.
  • Do not harass, threaten, dox, discriminate, exploit minors, or abuse reporting systems.
  • Keep team communications professional and protect private player data.
  • Report integrity, safeguarding, or safety concerns to EFZ organizers promptly.

Safeguarding

Youth participation should include age-appropriate supervision, guardian consent where required, clear event schedules, and safe reporting channels.
